Given the TF and Ct infection data presented for Ngorongoro, Mpwapwa, Longido, Monduli, and others, TEC encourages the MOH to consider submitting a Zithromax® request for targeted treatment to nomadic populations.

MOH and partners submitted a proposal to treat the whole district without specific focus on the at-risk population. This did not meet the criteria for the donation. ITI will continue to work with the National Program to develop a strategy to target the at-risk population.
